Production period
Standard items without any further customization have a delivery time of 3-5 days.
The unique pieces, which are individually produced for you, are manufactured by our competent employees in precision work and with the greatest care. Therefore, the delivery time is up to 10 days.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Spain, Denmark and Sweden.
Shipping methods
Depending on the size and weight of the ordered goods, we deliver our items by DHL parcel service or with a freight forwarder.
Fast and reliable delivery with DHLThe company basically ships with DHL. For deliveries to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic, DHL may hand over the delivery to a local shipping company after crossing the border.
For deliveries outside Germany, we cannot give any delivery times, as these depend on the local transport service providers.

General information
All prices incl. VAT..
The amounts are stated in euros and apply per shipment including tolls, insurance and ancillary costs. The delivery includes transport "from the factory to the free recipient (curbside)". This means that the delivery service leaves the goods at the side of the road, in front of your home. He is not obliged to carry them in.
The goods will be shipped or handed over to the forwarding company immediately after receipt of payment. As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will be informed by e-mail.
Unfortunately, delivery to a packing station/parcel shop is not possible.
