Secure payment methods

1. General information about Crefopay

We work together with CrefoPay for the processing of all payment methods. CrefoPay is a service offered by Creditreform and CrefoPayment GmbH & Co. KG.

1.1 Purchase on account

You can pay conveniently by invoice in our online shop. After the order process, you will receive the bank details and the order or invoice number by e-mail as an order confirmation or invoice.

Please only transfer to the account mentioned and please enter the order or invoice number correctly as the reason for payment so that the payment can be assigned.

If you have decided to purchase on account, your data (in particular your name and contact details) may be passed on to CrefoPayment GmbH & Co. KG, Schloßstr. 20, 12163 Berlin, for credit checks. If this check does not produce the desired result, e.g. because the data cannot be clearly assigned, we will automatically offer you other, available payment methods.

Information on data protection according to EU GDPR

CrefoPayment GmbH & Co. KG regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts and, in certain cases where there is a legitimate interest, also for existing customers. To this end, CrefoPayment GmbH & Co. KG cooperates with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss, from which CrefoPayment GmbH & Co. KG receives the data required for this purpose. For this purpose, CrefoPayment GmbH & Co. KG will transmit your name and contact details to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH. In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the bank account from which you made the transfer.

1.2 Credit card

You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card in our online shop. We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. Please select the appropriate card during the purchase process and enter the required data in the fields provided.

The credit card data is transmitted encrypted via SSL. You can recognize this by the "https" in the address bar in your browser on the payment pages. This means that your purchase by credit card with us is very secure.

To increase the security of credit card payments, the 3D-Secure credit card security procedure is used. This procedure is called Verified by VISA for VISA cards and MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard cards. If your credit card is 3D Secure capable, you will automatically be redirected to your bank's website. There you can confirm the transaction by entering your personal SecureCode and password. If you have not yet registered your credit card for the 3D-Secure process, you can do so as part of the payment process. After 3D Secure authentication, you will be automatically redirected to the shop.

In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the credit card charged.

1.3 Prepayment

With us you can pay in advance. You will receive the transfer details at the end of your order.

We will process and ship your order as soon as your payment has been received. Depending on the credit institution, it can take one to three working days from the creation of the transfer order until we receive your payment. Please only transfer to the account mentioned and please enter the order or invoice number correctly as the reason for payment so that the payment can be assigned.

In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the bank account from which you transferred.

1.4 PayPal

You can pay in our online shop via PayPal. After you have selected PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal. There you can authenticate yourself with your PayPal username and password. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can register with PayPal.

In the case of returns, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

2. Information on the Privacy Policy

2.1 CrefoPay

Payment processing is carried out with the help of the payment service provider CrefoPayment GmbH & Co. KG, Schloßstrasse 20, 12163 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "CrefoPay"), to whom we pass on your personal data provided during the order process as well as information about your order in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Your data will be passed on to CrefoPay exclusively for the purpose of payment processing and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. 2.2 PayPal

If you pay via PayPal, we will pass on your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as "PayPal") as part of the payment process. PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment method via PayPal. PayPal uses the result of the credit check in relation to the statistical probability of payment default for the purpose of deciding whether to provide the respective payment method. The credit report can contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things, address data is included in the calculation of the score values.
